Westcoast German Media is excited to announce its media accreditation for Hannover Messe 2025, where Canada will proudly serve as the official partner country. Next Generation Manufacturing Canada (NGen), in partnership with Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada (ISED), Invest in Canada, Global Affairs Canada (GAC), and the Canadian German Chamber of Commerce, is managing Canada’s presence at this prestigious event.
NGen is organizing over 3,600 square meters of exhibition space in the Canadian pavilion, showcasing the country’s advanced manufacturing capabilities. Hannover Messe, the world’s largest industrial trade show, draws more than 200,000 global attendees and offers a unique platform for Canadian manufacturers and technology providers to present their innovations and solutions.
Opportunities for Canadian Manufacturers
Canadian companies specializing in AI, carbon-neutral production, Industry 4.0, hydrogen technologies, and more will have the opportunity to highlight their expertise. Hannover Messe provides a global stage to forge new international partnerships, explore the latest industrial trends, and connect with potential customers and investors.
Political and Business Engagement
As the partner country, Canada’s presence will include top-level political involvement. The Prime Minister of Canada and the German Chancellor will open the event on March 30, 2025, and visit the Canadian pavilion on March 31st. Over 200 Canadian companies and stakeholders are expected to exhibit, with many more attending as visitors.
Canada’s themes for 2025—Green, Digital, and Resilient—will emphasize the nation’s leadership in sustainable and advanced manufacturing.
